REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE: ANOTHER EXECUTIVE OFFICER RETREATS AND DISAPPEARS AFTER BEING SERVED WITH THE DEMAND, NOTICE, AND WARNING.

DEAR STEW CREW,

A friend was driving down the road, minding his own business, behaving himself, when the sheriff’s deputy who had been tailing him turned on his emergency lights. My friend had no idea why the deputy would stop him, but dutifully pulled over and waited for the deputy to arrive at his door.

When the deputy arrived, before he could say anything, my friend said “Why did you pull me over?”

The deputy commented “You didn’t do anything wrong. I just ran your license plate and your insurance is not coming up on the computer, so I just need to see your proof of insurance.”

My friend responded “I have proof of insurance—but you’re not supposed to do that.”

Deputy: “I know. I just need to see your proof of insurance and I’ll be on my way.”

My friend reaches into the glove box and pulls out an original Demand, Notice, and Warning and hands it to the deputy and says “Read this.”

The deputy looks over the DNW for a couple of moments, hands it back to my friend, and says “Have a nice day, sir,” and walks back to his car (to leave). My friend drove away before the deputy made it back to his car. That was the end of that.

LESSON:

My friend forgot to tell the deputy “This is legal notice. You have been served.” Fortunately, the power of the DNW by itself was sufficient to make the deputy withdraw without the need to tell him that it is legal notice and he has been served.

If the deputy had detained my friend after being served with the DNW he would have been on the clock for $1,085.96 (Trezevant v. City of Tampa, 741 F.2d 336 (11th Cir. 1984)) for each and every minute or portion of a minute that he was unconstitutionally detained.

Another important point is this: WHEN YOU PRESENT THE DNW TO THE PRETEND-OFFICER, YOU ARE HOLDING ALL THE ACES, ALL THE POWER. IT IS IMPORTANT TO BE POLITE AND RESPECTFUL AT ALL TIMES. NO NEED TO BE EMOTIONAL OR DISRESPECTFUL. “NOTHING PERSONAL. IT’S JUST BUSINESS.”

Also: Never answer questions. The pretend-officer wants you to confess to wrongdoing, so he can justify doing something to you. He is “investigating” and you have no duty to assist him in his “investigation.” If asked a question, you can say “I don’t answer questions.”

Once the DNW is served and you note the date and time, you are in good shape—no matter what the pretend-officer may do. Your only mistake would be in not knowing this.

Neither this executive officer nor any other except the President of the United States has constitutional authority to do anything—and when you demand the actor’s authority he disappears. For the actor masquerading as a government officer, such as the deputy sheriff, to proceed is to incur tremendous personal liability.

You and I do not have or need CIVIL (MUNICIPAL) RIGHTS. We have UNALIENABLE RIGHTS (to life, liberty, and property). If you do not believe it, just read the Declaration of Independence.

Everything going on with government is a charade. All “in government” but the president are usurping exercise of jurisdiction under COLOR OF OFFICE. None have constitutional authority to do anything.

The principle stated on page one of the personal DNW (https://drive.proton.me/urls/5JR4D7JHDR#I3JFdiGV7Y3a ) can be modified to work in any situation where anyone posing as a government officer (all the way to the top) can be presented with the demand—whereupon he will cease doing whatever he was doing before then and drop the charade.

Presentation of the DNW (adapted to a court filing) will bring any court case with government, civil or criminal, to a halt. If the government pretenders are suing or charging someone criminally, they will drop the case; if government is defendant, they will offer to settle.

The Demand, Notice, and Warning can bring all the monkey business in D.C. to a conclusion. It just needs to be used.
