In January 1945, the soviet army arrived at Auschwitz and occupied the camp. They captured and took all of the death records of that huge camp.
Then, a few months later, the newspaper Pravda announced the staggering total of all wartime deaths in that Auschwitz Camp: four million. The world believed this figure, because the Soviets had got the raw data. That figure was changed to 1.5 million in 1990. The “death books” were released in 1989 and revealed that 69,000 had died (due to typhus starting in july 1942. Hence the need for zyklon b. Zyklon b was used to kill bugs, not people.) and of those 69,000, only 29,000 were jews. The real kicker is this…more catholics died at Auschwitz than jews. From 4,000,000 to 29,000. What a sick joke.
